Leverage Your Network : Tap into your established book of business to spark new leads and secure lucrative contracts for our top-tier offshore BPO services, from back-office operations to customer service and technical support.

Be Our Star Ambassador : Represent us at high-profile industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events, captivating audiences and building connections with key decision-makers.

Close High-Stakes Deals : Deliver compelling sales presentations and lead negotiations, showcasing how our BPO solutions drive operational excellence and cost efficiency for clients.

Bachelor’s degree

in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a bonus!).

7+ years of sales experience

in BPO or healthcare, excelling at engaging C-level executives and owners of large organizations.

A networker extraordinaire with an

established book of business

and strong contacts in healthcare sectors like laboratories, ABA therapy, or assisted living (a major plus!).

A strategic thinker with a

deep understanding of healthcare operations , back-office processes, and BPO solutions, ready to craft winning sales approaches.

who builds trust and rapport effortlessly with high-level stakeholders.

A quota-crusher with a

track record of smashing sales targets

in high-value, enterprise-level deals.

A polished professional with

experience shining at trade shows , networking events, or industry conferences.

willing to travel

for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed.

Preferably based in

New Jersey , but we’re open to remote superstars with standout qualifications.

Tech-savvy, with

proficiency in CRM tools

like Salesforce or HubSpot and sales analytics software.
