Accounting Specialist

to join our team in Dallas, TX. Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Job Responsibilities

Complete invoicing and process monthly pay applications using industry-specific software. Submit billings through multiple customer websites. Scan and file electronic copies of all project-related documents. Communicate with Project Managers and customers regarding updates on all projects. Assist with Accounts Receivable and Contract Controller tasks when necessary. Proficiently utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Benefits and Compensation

Must be at least 18 years of age. 3 years of billing experience. 1 year of accounting experience. Advanced proficiency with Excel. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, good communication skills, and a positive demeanor. Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing up to 20 lbs. Must pass drug and alcohol screen and random screening where applicable. Equal Opportunity
