Position Overview We’re seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic, and proactive Online Education Support Agent to serve as a first point of contact for students seeking academic help. This is a fully remote role that requires strong communication skills, fast responsiveness, and the ability to understand our services clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to student inquiries via live chat, email, and ticketing system

Explain our services clearly and professionally to prospective clients

Gather and document assignment/class details accurately

Coordinate with academic specialists to confirm service availability

Provide updates to clients on order status, deadlines, and delivery

Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the operations team

Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or academic support experience (preferred)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Fast typing speed and familiarity with live chat software

Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously

Understanding of academic workflows, online education platforms (Canvas, Blackboard, etc.) is a plus

Must be reliable, punctual, and responsive during agreed working hours
