Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for mission planning and force protection. Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities, and monitor internal security in the Area of Responsibility (AOR). Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDS, strategic assessments, reports, briefings, and collection management plans. Produce complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts against FIE threats, including technical and HUMINT intelligence threats. Conduct intelligence analysis to develop CI-HUMINT efforts, supporting full-spectrum operations. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD). Perform other duties as needed. Willing to undergo a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination. Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree. Certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, Certified Defense All-Source Analysis (Levels 1 and 2), Certified Collection Management Professional, or Intelligence Planner Certification. Military or Government Education in all-source MOS or related courses. 10 years in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership. 5 years supporting CI, HUMINT, or related activities in a strategic role. 3 years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including threats to DoD infrastructure and supply chains.
