Position
Leasing & Marketing Professional – a role focused on leasing apartments, marketing, and customer service. We value integrity, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and ensuring smooth move‑in.
Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions, and provide tours of the apartments and community.
Process applications, prepare, review lease agreements and renewals.
Respond to in‑person, phone, and email inquiries, provide leasing information, schedule appointments, and follow up on maintenance requests.
Assist with weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
Receive deposits and record rent money appropriately.
Provide excellent customer service with a positive and friendly tone.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer‑service focused and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a flexible schedule including weekends.
Must be able to tour the community, including walking the property and climbing stairs.
A valid driver’s license may be required.
