Senior Account Manager , you will be pivotal in expanding Bio-Me’s market presence in the microbiome sector, with a particular focus on high-growth areas like women’s health and skin microbiome. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead international sales efforts, cultivate customer relationships, and drive adoption of PMP services among industry innovators, research institutions, and clinical developers. We are seeking a candidate with a proven sales track record and a robust network in microbiome-relevant fields (e.g., women’s health, skin care, nutrition, pharma, and R&D). This is an excellent opportunity for an independent and motivated sales professional to thrive in a fast-growing company with a globally recognized technology. Duties and Responsibilities Drive Sales Growth : Develop and execute targeted sales campaigns, consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular sales reports and forecasts. Market Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with customers across key sectors, including product developers (e.g., skin health, women’s health, nutrition), pharmaceutical/biotech companies, CROs, and academic researchers. Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales processes, and refine go-to-market strategies. Field Activity : Conduct customer meetings, deliver impactful presentations, and provide follow-up support to close deals. Industry Visibility : Represent Bio-Me at industry conferences and exhibitions, showcasing PMP’s unique value. Market Intelligence : Monitor trends and competitor activity to ensure Bio-Me stays ahead in the microbiome space. Skills and Qualifications Requirements: Experience : 4-8 years of proven sales success in life sciences, biotech, or microbiome-relevant markets. Network : Established connections with customers in skin health, women’s health, nutrition, or related microbiome fields. Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, including DNA sequencing workflows; familiarity with qPCR and targeted profiling technologies is a plus. Sales Acumen : Proficient in contract negotiation, pricing strategy, bid preparation, and CRM tools. Communication Skills : Exceptional ability to present technical concepts and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Autonomy : Demonstrated ability to manage a territory independently, with an entrepreneurial mindset. Travel : Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
