center-based ABA program , you\'ll play a key role in helping children on the autism spectrum thrive through evidence-based, compassionate care. From developing behavior intervention plans to mentoring behavior technicians and collaborating with families, your work will directly shape the outcomes we deliver. What You\'ll Do
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments Create and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Supervise RBTs and clinical team members Collect, monitor, and analyze data to track progress Partner with families and caregivers to support care goals Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking team What We Offer
