We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Specialist
who wants to
build scalable lead-generation systems , not rely on manual or repetitive processes. In this role, you will be responsible for
designing, executing, and optimizing the early stages of the sales funnel , combining marketing campaigns, events, automations, CRM workflows, and AI tools to generate and nurture qualified leads. You will
actively engage with leads at the beginning of the funnel , understand their needs, qualify opportunities, and nurture relationships until they are ready to move forward with the Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
solving real growth problems, learning fast, taking ownership , and improving how sales and marketing work together in a data-driven way. Tasks
Design, manage, and continuously improve the
top of the sales funnel , defining how leads are captured, segmented, qualified, and assigned to Sales. Plan and execute
webinars, online events, demos, and live surgeries
to generate qualified leads and sales opportunities. Configure and monitor
inbound and outbound lead-generation flows , using automation and AI tools to increase both lead volume and lead quality. Build and optimize
segmented campaigns , run A/B tests, and improve conversion rates across emails, landing pages, and CRM workflows. Work closely with
Marketing and Product teams
to create content and materials that support events, campaigns, and lead-nurturing flows. Track and report key
sales and marketing metrics , including leads generated, MQLs, conversion rates, and cost per lead by channel. Manage and integrate
CRM and automation tools
(such as HubSpot, event platforms, and marketing automation tools). Qualify and nurture leads, ensuring they are well-prepared before being handed over to the Sales team, and supporting a smooth pipeline transition. Requirements
Proven experience in sales or pre-sales , including direct contact with leads (qualification, follow-ups, nurturing, or inside sales). Experience working with
leads throughout the early sales funnel , from first contact to handover to Sales. Hands‑on experience with
CRM and automation tools
such as HubSpot, Make, or similar platforms. Ability to analyze
sales and marketing metrics , including leads, conversion rates, and funnel performance. Fluent English
(daily communication with an international team);
German is a plus , but not required. Interest in using
AI tools
to support sales and lead-generation activities. Proactive, autonomous, and detail‑oriented, with strong ownership of results. Strong
written communication skills
for sales emails, campaigns, events, and automated workflows. Curiosity about the
healthcare / ophthalmology sector ; prior experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits
