Practice area: Immigration Law
Conduct legal consultations.
Conduct initial client intake interviews.
Conduct legal research and collect supporting documents for family-based, employment-based, removal defense, and political asylum immigration cases.
Effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients.
Research and assist in drafting non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications for family cases; responses to Requests for Additional Evidence; Motions to Re-Open and/or Reconsider; Appeals; Political Asylum; Removal Defense; humanitarian visa applications; emergency travel permit applications; Naturalization cases; and all types of Green card applications.
Represent clients in immigration proceedings across the United States before diverse Federal Agencies.
Requirements:
J.D. degree
Fluency in Spanish
Admission to any bar of the United States or one of its territories
Active Bar License (Required)
Immigration Law experience: 1 year (Required)
Ability to relocate to Orlando, FL before starting work (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $72,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year, based on experience

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Orlando, FL 32803
