GENERAL FUNCTION The Associate Optometrist delivers the brand promise, experience, and key results through collaboration and teamwork. Ensures all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and practices growth through strong partnership with the team. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures executional excellence and winning results in partnership with the team. Demonstrates commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management and high accountability. Ensures the Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community. Places the patient/customer first and delivers excellent service. Strives to exceed expectations on all KPIs. Conveys a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service. Ensures all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations. Establishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship. Utilizes and leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences. Maintains State Licensure in good standing and practices to the full scope of that license. Provides effective training and guidance to team members. Delivers clear, motivating, and constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Doctor of Optometry Commitment to quality patient care Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology Problem-solving ability Pay Range: $61.90 - $71.30. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
