Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Additional compensation types Annual Bonus, Commission, and RSUs

Our client, profitable, fast-growing B2B SaaS company, looking for a Sales Manager to lead and scale its sales organization. This is a high-impact leadership role with a clear path to VP of Sales as the company expands into new Midwest markets and, longer term, nationally. This role is ideal for a hands‑on sales leader who enjoys coaching teams, operating with data and process discipline, and partnering directly with a technical founding team.

Compensation: 100-120k base with OTE of 200k & equity. Flexible for the right candidate. Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives

Own sales execution, pipeline health, and forecasting with a data‑driven approach

Drive expansion into new markets, including Illinois and Minnesota

Refine and scale a structured, consultative sales process

Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on sales strategy and growth

Optimize and enforce CRM and sales tech usage (HubSpot)

Initially support select deals to deeply understand the sales motion and build team credibility

Qualifications

3+ years of sales leadership with experience coaching high-performing sales teams

Strong background in B2B consultative sales and longer sales cycles

Proven ability to forecast, manage pipelines, and drive accountability using data

Experience shaping or executing go-to-market strategy

Comfortable leading distributed teams and scaling process

Familiarity with sales methodologies and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Experience in K-12, energy, or Commercial/Industrial markets is a plus
