In this role, you will safeguard the structure that enables our strategists and account managers to work efficiently, securely, and at scale. Your Core Responsibilities
As our Google Ads MCC Administrator, you will be entrusted with maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our advertising environment. Your work will include: Managing and maintaining Google Ads MCC account structures with accuracy and foresight Handling account access, permissions, and user roles in line with internal and client standards Ensuring correct account linking, billing configurations, and policy compliance Supporting account setup, transitions, and audits across multiple clients and regions Identifying structural risks and proactively recommending improvements Collaborating closely with paid media and analytics teams to ensure seamless operations Documenting processes and maintaining clear administrative records What We Look For in You

Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads MCC accounts Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical working style Clear understanding of Google Ads policies, access control, and account governance High sense of responsibility, discretion, and data integrity Calm, respectful communication and a collaborative mindset Beneficial Experience (Nice to Have)
Experience supporting agencies or multi‑client environments Familiarity with GA4, conversion tracking structures, or Tag Manager Comfort working with international teams across time zones Our Way of Working
