Digital Marketing Specialist - Hybrid or Remote (Eastern Time schedule)
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. You’ll play a key role in owning and optimizing the system that turns digital leads into kept appointments, driving growth and meaningful engagement.
What You’ll Do
Track performance with UTMs, pixels, and offline conversions; align our marketing and sales platform and CRM; create a dashboard to track weekly sources, appointments and client activity
Manage lifecycle flows, including segmented drips, reminders, reactivations, and handoffs between setters and advisors
Lead YouTube strategy, content planning, creative briefs, retention improvements, and repurposing
Oversee Meta and YouTube ads and budget, including pacing, creative testing, CAC, and booked-appointment goals
Coordinate with key vendors (YouTube coach, video editor, compliance, landing page/email support, newsletters)
Capture and share compliant social proof across ads, emails, and pages
Build and maintain a single source of truth for lead nurturing across platforms
Increase qualified first appointments and report weekly progress
Improve show rates through segmented email and SMS nurturing
Lift lifecycle performance with clear monthly reporting
Keep all communications and marketing materials on brand
Support the growth and direction of the digital marketing function
What You’ll Bring (Skills and Experience Required)
5+ years’ experience in digital marketing; strong understanding of CRO strategies, tools and testing
Strong understanding of attribution and analytics (UTM parameters, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), pixels, dashboards), and YouTube plus Meta (organic and paid)
Fluent in landing page/sales funnels software (GoHighLevel or similar); experienced with CRMs (Redtail or similar)
Proficient in landing page & email sequence conversion rate optimization
Experience creating compelling visual content in Canva for digital marketing campaigns (thumbnails, social graphics, email headers)
Excellent project management and analytical skills
Nice to Have / Extras (Preferred)
YouTube search engine optimization and retention preferred
SEO and AI/LLM optimization preferred
Financial services or related industry experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 based on experience + bonus opportunities based on individual performance

Travel: 1-3 trainings per year with 2-3 office visits per year (North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida)
