IBM Content Manager (Remote)

role at Cognizant. You will be the primary point of contact for all domain-related queries and issues. You will be a valued member of the team and work collaboratively with management, team members and client. We support remote work where possible; for hybrid roles, it may require 3-4 days per week in the client or Cognizant office based on business needs. Design and develop enterprise-level solutions using IBM CMOD, ICN to meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ODWEK API. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Oversee the implementation of IBM Content Navigator to optimize document management processes and improve user experience. Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of Java-based applications to ensure high performance and reliability. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and technical specifications. Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations in all system designs and implementations. Lead efforts to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with hybrid work models and day shifts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction; collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with business objectives. Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions that support the company’s growth and societal impact. Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to empower teams with the latest technological advancements. Support the company’s strategic goals by delivering solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Security vulnerability assessment and remediation. Provide Disaster Recovery support by assisting in defining/reviewing disaster recovery plans and by managing and conducting DR testing. Collaborate with Application Development and L2 support teams to provide technical expertise. Required Skills

Applications will be accepted until 01/30/2026. Annual salary range: $83,250 – $132,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
