Job Overview:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver realistic OPFOR performance in accordance with CQC scenario objectives.
Perform assigned armed or unarmed-play positions during training evolutions.
Strictly adhere to scenario parameters and training safety protocols.
Refrain from direct engagement, questioning, or conversation with mission personnel outside of active role-play scenarios.
Follow all instructions provided by Scenario Managers (SMs) and Assistant Scenario Managers (ASMs).
Minimum Requirements/Education:
Ability to take direction and execute specific scenario instructions from SMs and ASMs.
Ability to effectively communicate and understand instructions in English to avoid safety miscommunications.
Basic knowledge and proficiency in small arms handling and simulated firing safety.
Physically capable of: Climbing up to ten (10) flights of stairs, running and repeatedly laying down and taking cover as required during scenarios.
