We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join the OFS Family. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in cultivating and managing relationships with our valued clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for specific territories, addressing their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
Ensure that all customer and project requirements are met by maintaining cohesive interaction with internalteams
Review and maintenance oforders
Provide assistance with customer requests to ensure their needs are met with a focus on enhancing the customerexperience
Address customer complaints and monitor all procedures to ensure theirsatisfaction To build and maintain strong customer relationships, while acquiring and developing newones Create a client experience that is consistent, positive andrepeatable
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a teamatmosphere People-oriented with skills in relationshipbuilding Ability to multi-task and meetdeadlines Skilled in communication, troubleshooting and decision-makingskills EXPERIENCE Post-secondary educationpreferred Prior experience in service or furniture industry isrecommended Get taken care of.
