is seeking
Counterintelligence Analysts
who will provide timely, relevant advice to improve the CI posture of supported activities, ensure compliance with intelligence oversight, and document CI indicators or concerns. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-community meetings, analyzing large volumes of information, producing reports, and supporting intelligence activities with various CI and HUMINT reporting tools. CI Analysts will manage source data within the Integrated Defense Source Registration System, participate in Asset Validation Panels, and conduct CI reviews of active assets. They will develop all-source association matrices on individuals of CI interest, maintain signature reduction standards, and assist in applying signature reduction techniques appropriately. Required Qualifications: At least eight (8) years of experience in counterintelligence operations within a Joint Special Operations Task Force, Inter-agency Task Force, National Intelligence Agency, Law Enforcement Agency, Joint CI Activity, or Combatant Command. Operational analysis experience of no less than eight (8) years in their analytical field; five (5) years in a managerial role supporting special operations and overseas tours with SMU or SOF units. Knowledge of F3EAD targeting methodology and additional intelligence disciplines, with demonstrated experience leading analytical efforts producing actionable products. Advanced skills in HUMINT Operations Cycle, CI Support to HUMINT, Asset Risk Assessment System (ARMS), Operational Risk Management, and Patterns of Life Analysis, among others. Expertise in CI theory, doctrine, laws, regulations, and full-spectrum CI operations.
