Position Summary: Manage projects focusing on excellence in safety, quality, profitability, schedule, and communication. Job Duties Include: Prepare and present project cost estimates per owner and engineer requests Work with Project Coordinator to generate and execute owner contracts Facilitate pre‑construction meeting with project team / owners to review pertinent project information (team members, scope, schedule) Work with other Project Managers to place Superintendents and Field Technicians based on skill and availability Develop job plans and site‑specific safety plans Facilitate start‑up meetings to review scope, schedule, safety and job plans with Safety Director and Superintendent Obtain building permits Generate, update and communicate project schedule with Superintendent and Operations Manager Negotiate pricing and work with Project Coordinator to generate subcontracts, subcontract change orders and vendor purchase orders Set up project budget Approve vendor invoices and subcontract payment applications for accounting to process Estimate and submit proposals for owner approval on change orders Work with Project Coordinator to generate and execute change orders Update allowance billing quantities with superintendent for subcontractor / owner billing purposes Work with Project Coordinator and accounting to bill projects based on the contract terms Work with accounting and communicate with owner to ensure timely payment of owner billings Develop and review monthly cost projections with supervisor Collaborate with Project Coordinator for processing CSC and vendor warranties based on the contract terms to ensure timely closeout of a project Facilitate progress meetings with consultant and/or client to review project related data Support Superintendent on mandatory weekly subcontractor progress meetings [Fort Myers, FL] Project Manager
