Essential Functions
Maintain existing customers and acquire new ones within a defined geographic area Cold call and prospect for new business Manage open orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and communication Update CRM daily and plan your schedule around an organized outside sales approach Build relationships at all organizational levels Assist in solving customer problems to keep the industry running Why You'll Like Working For Us

High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering, or a 2-year technical degree preferred At least 2 years of industrial sales experience in repair services, with preference for electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, or mechanical components Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, and account development Ability to establish and maintain business relationships Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Valid driver’s license; overnight travel may be required Ability to drive to customer sites and lift up to 50 lbs We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer M/F/V/D.
