As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador! Wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers. You demonstrate a genuine passion for creating an elevated customer experience in our retail stores. Your goal is to bring brand awareness, product knowledge and the art of layering to life through intentional customer service.
Responsibilities Customer Service:
Proactively approach guests in a warm and welcoming manner to help make a difference in their day.
Share passion for gorjana and curate memorable experiences for each guest.
Deliver exceptional customer experience to build brand loyalty and lasting relationships.
Handle customer concerns in the moment and seek partnership if needed to ensure full satisfaction.
Styling:
Wear gorjana jewelry daily, creatively layering stacks to inspire guests.
Develop product expertise to guide guests through styling decisions.
Present curated styling choices highlighting intentionality, versatility and personalization to guest needs.
Leverage deep product knowledge to drive meaningful connections and results.
Conversion underpinned by authenticity—turn every footstep into an opportunity to create lasting experience.
Self‑motivated and seek to better personal and team performance daily.
Pride in owning performance progress and use internal resources to further sales skills.
Champion team success and customer satisfaction by participating in team‑selling on the sales floor.
Positive, helpful and respectful to others; team‑player mentality and enjoy working toward a common goal.
Pitch‑in to support team, store leadership or customer—initiative is the driver.

Operations:
Leverage POS technology to support daily store operations.
Maintain floor standards and visual directives.
Initiate restocking and complete tasks in downtime to support sales readiness.
Fulfill Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) and Same Day Delivery orders (SHIPSI).
Assist with weekly allocation shipments to ensure the right items hit the floor at the right time.
Additional duties (non‑exhaustive):
Conduct weekly cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
Execute monthly floorset directives for new product launches.
Handle weekly cash deposits with precision.
Facilitate weekly return of warranty items to Warehouse.
Qualifications
Love for the gorjana brand.
18 years of age or older.
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends or holidays.
Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach.
Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift.
Legally authorized to work in the country where store is located.
Ability to open or close the store.
