We are seeking a driven

Regional Sales Representative

to manage and grow a multi‑state territory across

Georgia, Alabama, the southeastern border of South Carolina, and part of the Florida panhandle . This role is ideal for someone comfortable with

travel , experienced in

field sales , and familiar with

operating room (OR) environments .

This position is based in

Atlanta or Savannah, GA (or surrounding communities)

and offers a strong base salary with

uncapped commission .

What You’ll Do

Manage and grow assigned territory through new business development and relationship management

Travel regularly throughout the Southeast territory to support customers and sales initiatives

Work within OR environments and understand professional standards, workflows, and expectations

Build long‑term partnerships and maintain consistent customer communication

Track activity and performance to support sales goals

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in a field‑based or territory role

Understanding of OR settings or environments preferred

Comfortable with frequent travel and managing a large territory

Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently

$55,000 base salary (non‑negotiable)

Uncapped commission

10% on paid invoices for the first 3 months

6% ongoing thereafter

Expense reimbursement available (per company guidelines)
