Inside Sales Representative- IP&E

Join a Fortune 500 company as an Inside Sales Representative and contribute to the sale of the Arrow line card in a defined territory.
What You'll Be Doing
Building and maintaining influential customer and supplier relationships
Servicing customers
Quotation and business closure
Customer strategy and action planning
Territory and account planning
Supporting value‑added and supply‑chain engagements
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 2 years sales experience
Interconnect passive electromechanical component experience
Ability to build influential relationships
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Strong customer service and sales skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results
Proficiency with PC software (MS Outlook, Excel, and Word)
College degree preferred
Arrow system experience a plus
Work Arrangement Hybrid schedule: 1 day per week in the office (Monday) and 4 days remote.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate $22.50 – $27.50 per hour (actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and/or skill level).
Location Remote (US‑WI‑Wisconsin). Remote employees may need to be present at the nearest Arrow office at the company’s request.
