Good Karma Brands is seeking an Account Executive (Marketing Consultant) to drive revenue and create customized solutions for advertising partners in the Madison, WI market. As part of our growing media and marketing team, this role will develop long‑term relationships and sell multi‑channel marketing solutions using GKB’s national, local and digital assets.
Responsibilities
Identify, uncover, and develop partnership opportunities. Develop relationships with area businesses and decision makers. Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of Good Karma Brands’ assets and create customized multi‑channel marketing solutions. Continually educate yourself on media and new trends in the industry. Network with local businesses to expand your sphere of influence in the market. Uncover marketing objectives and create solutions to solve those objectives. Sell at all levels, including C‑Level positions. Prospect and schedule first appointments through cold calling, emailing, and other new business outreach tactics. Other assigned tasks. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Passion for sales and service. Understand and leverage AI tools and technologies to drive innovation and improve workflows. Strong network and relationships within the Madison community. Goal‑oriented, creative self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. Personal sense of responsibility and accountability. Passion to be part of a team and ability to work independently. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced work environment. Willingness to accept and provide feedback. Valid driver’s license required. Hours / Salary / Benefits
This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. The position is eligible for full benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, dependent care, paid parental leave, and more.
