Vocera K-12 Education Sales Representative Location:

Florida (covering the state of Florida)

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Vocera products—including smartphones, the hand‑free wearable Vocera Smartbadge, and Vocera Badge—to educational providers from kindergarten (K) through twelfth grade (12). You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle inquiries, negotiate pricing, and manage orders. Staying informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes will allow you to position Stryker’s products effectively, exceed sales targets, monitor performance, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to drive growth.

What You Will Do

Continue experience in sales or education setting.

Promote and sell Stryker Vocera products to meet our customers’ needs kindergarten (K) through twelfth grade (12).

Drive sales growth by developing a robust sales funnel through prospecting, securing new accounts, and expanding our portfolio within an existing customer base.

Build and maintain executive and key customer relationships through K‑12 Education.

Identify, qualify, and close new customer sales opportunities in a designated territory.

Plan and implement effective territory sales strategy required to progress deals through the process.

Forecast and maintain the necessary pipeline to support quota achievement quarter over quarter.

Conduct solution‑focused customer presentations, including coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal team members.

Leverage relationships with an approved network of Indirect Channels (resellers) to identify new opportunities.

Display experience with reports and budget, customer service, and project management.

Have basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.

What You Need Required

High school diploma and 5+ years of professional experience.

Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.

Proficiency in managing complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple stakeholders, decision‑makers, and influencers at multiple levels.

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree.
