Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Account Manager at Synthetic Turf Resources (STR) for the California territory. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, maintaining client relationships, and effective communication with clients to meet sales targets and business objectives.

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Account Management and Lead Generation experience
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proven sales track record is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
