Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products at the sales counter and over the phone.
Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Follow all company procedures for order entry, cash handling, and returns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area.
Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all interactions.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in HVAC or plumbing/HVAC supply industry.
Friendly, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems a plus).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.
