Sprouts Farmers Market is hiring a Produce Clerk to join our winning team. As a Produce Clerk you will deliver exceptional customer service while handling, preparing, and merchandising fresh farm‑fresh produce in a fast‑paced and friendly environment. Responsibilities
As a Produce Clerk, you will: Stock the Produce department, ensuring proper presentation, facing, filling, and organization of all product items. Maintain product knowledge and quality, rotating and trimming produce to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. Manage inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability. Answer customer questions in a friendly and helpful manner. Perform safe and proper use of equipment, including ladders, compactor, and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety regulations. Qualifications
Required qualifications: Minimum age 16 years. Dependable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, lift, stack, and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs. and move a utility cart holding 20 lbs. for up to 3 hours. Ability to walk up to 5 miles in an 8 hour shift. Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights and Measures regulations. Full EEO Statement below. Pay Range
Pay is $17.70 – $23.88 per hour, based on applicant experience and qualifications. Benefits
