Join Spectrum as a
Business Account Executive
to sell Internet, Voice, and Video services to small businesses. You will work from door‑to‑door in a defined territory, building relationships and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure. The role requires lawful employment in the U.S. without future immigration sponsorship. Responsibilities
Generate leads and prospect within your territory, achieving sales and product targets. Establish a strong presence in your market and stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and product offerings. Use a consultative methodology to assess client needs, present appropriate services, and close sales. Sell secondary services such as custom hosting, desktop security, data security, storage, and other solutions. Collaborate with an Account Coordinator for additional sales support and hand off non‑sales inquiries to Customer Service. Maintain real‑time, accurate records of all sales and prospecting activity in Salesforce. Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience (or 2+ years telecom/technical industry experience). Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Effective management of sales and administrative tasks, multitasking, and meeting deadlines. Quick learning ability, teamwork, and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Driven, professional, and determined character. Valid State driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle with car insurance. Preferred Qualifications
Outside sales experience in telecom, tech, or a related field. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Compensation
The base pay for this position generally ranges between
$43,800.00 and $72,500.00 . The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
