The Opportunity We are looking for an energetic
Product Marketing Manager
to join our team and help shape the future of the SaaS technology that powers global supply chains. Reporting to Vice President of Marketing, you will work directly alongside—and learn from—some of the industry’s most respected supply chain technology thought leaders. Under their mentorship, you will gain a deep understanding of supply chain management while helping to craft the messaging for the next generation of supply chain planning solutions that will define a new category of operational decision support.

Key Responsibilities
Create Compelling Content & Messaging
Draft and polish marketing materials, including solution briefs, case studies, website copy, and blog posts that highlight how GAINS drives results.
Translate technical features from the product roadmap into clear, benefit-oriented language for non-technical audiences.
Assist in maintaining consistent messaging across all channels to ensure our story resonates with target customers.
Support Go-To-Market & Sales Enablement
Help equip the sales team by creating and updating sales decks, one-pagers, and competitive battle cards.
Maintain the library of sales assets to ensure the team has the right tools for every stage of the buying journey.
Contribute to product launch planning by helping develop positioning and coordinating cross-functional deliverables.
Market Intelligence & Research
Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to help the team understand the market landscape.
Assist in interviewing customers and gathering feedback to better understand buyer personas and pain points.
Track the performance of marketing content and campaigns to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience & Education
1–3 years of experience
in B2B Marketing, Content Marketing, or a related role (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, Implementation Consultant, or Operations Specialist).
Supply Chain Advantage:
A degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations, or Logistics— OR
professional exposure to concepts such as Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization, or ERP systems is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
Skills & Technical Aptitude
Exceptional Writing:
You can write clear, concise, and engaging copy. You enjoy simplifying complex concepts.
Technical Familiarity:
Experience with (or willingness to learn) tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerPoint, WordPress, Google Analytics, or project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Curious Learner:
You have a genuine interest in how things work (specifically supply chain planning) and are eager to become a subject matter expert on the GAINS platform.
Organized & Action-Oriented:
You can manage multiple small projects at once and have a "get it done" attitude.
