Job Summary/Description We are seeking an experienced Media Executive to join our sales department.
The role focuses on generating digital and broadcast revenue by identifying prospects, developing partner‑focused strategies, building presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
The position includes handling house accounts and administrative tasks.
Duties / Responsibilities
Cultivate, develop, and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers at both agency and client levels.
Answer leads via incoming phone calls and emails.
Manage house accounts and perform administrative tasks as needed.
Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports, and sales support data to communicate our capabilities to prospective clients.
Manage all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process, keeping management informed with accurate forecasts.
Maintain prospects in CRM.
Meet and exceed sales expectations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Qualifications / Requirements
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Strategic, consultative selling experience with proven ability to navigate large and complex deals.
Proven experience creating presentations.
Ability to work across departments to meet sales targets.
Expert negotiation skills with experience in high‑level sales deals.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Results‑driven mindset with ownership of outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate work and maintain follow‑through.
Proven skill in building supportive relationships within and outside the organization.
Base salary + commission.
