Assist in installing, upgrading, and maintaining network devices and services Providing technical assistance to users and other IT staff on network-related issues Monitoring network performance, identifying bottlenecks, and suggesting optimizations to improve efficiency and stability. Create and maintain documentation related to network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience providing technical support One year of computer networking infrastructure experience preferred BS in information technology or related field Compensation
Compensation range is $30.00-$40.00/HR dependent upon experience Comprehensive benefits package Keywords
