The Aviation Relations Manager leads sales and service initiatives within an assigned market and serves as the primary ambassador for Aviation Services. This position partners closely with Regional and Area leadership to develop and execute sales strategies and business development efforts, and is accountable for achieving regional service excellence, sales performance, and profitability objectives across FBO relationships.

Qualifications Some of the primary requirements:
1-2 Years of Customer Facing Sales Experience
Proven track record of development and management of FBO and Hotel sales and service effectively and successfully
Ability to work individually or within a team environment
Ability to perform sales and operations for both local and national locations
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to maintain and project professional behaviors towards guests and associates
Ability to work in varying environments, such as indoors and outdoors
Valid, unrestricted Drivers License (as mandated by state and location) with good driving history is required
*Must be able to speak and understand basic English sufficient to communicate effectively with management, team members, FBO and Hotel Partners, and leads, follow verbal and written instructions, and understand safety protocols.
