Responsibilities
Digital Content Strategy & Messaging:
Develop clear, engaging, on-brand copy for all digital channels, translate complex product features into compelling value propositions, ensure alignment with brand tone and business objectives.
Global Partnership & Enablement:
Collaborate with regional teams to adapt copy while maintaining global consistency, develop digital content toolkits and messaging templates, guide content reflection of cultural nuances.
Content Production & Operations:
Write and edit copy for multi‑format digital assets, partner with channel owners and production teams, maintain a centralized content library.
Quality, Measurement & Optimization:
Uphold editorial excellence, partner with analytics teams to track performance and refine messaging, champion test‑and‑learn approach.
Qualifications
Proven experience in copywriting, digital content creation, or editorial roles, ideally in technology or creative agencies.
Exceptional writing and editing skills for web, email, and social channels.
Strong understanding of digital channel dynamics, audience behavior, and best practices for engagement.
Experience creating scalable content frameworks and global toolkits.
Preferred: Experience in ad products or industry, excellent cross‑functional collaboration, strong organizational and project‑management skills, cultural awareness.

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $96,000 – $211,112 annually. Additional discretionary bonuses, incentives and restricted stock units may apply. Employees receive health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays, and paid personal time.
