Job Description We’re looking for a motivated and highly organized

Producer

to work with our Motion Capture team and ensure the seamless delivery of high‑quality performance capture content. In this role, you will translate creative vision into clear, executable production plans, balancing artistic intent with scheduling, budgetary, and technical constraints. Working closely with talent, Leads, and internal and external partners, you will provide structure, transparency, and proactive risk management across multiple projects.

Daily Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and track motion capture budgets and shoot schedules against agreed goals and deadlines.

Partner with Leads and developers to define scope, resources, priorities, and team roadmaps.

Oversee projects and tasks across multiple stages of development, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget alignment.

Act as the primary point of contact between the team, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Coordinate external vendors and contracts, ensuring deliverables meet studio standards.

Prepare and maintain essential production documentation and provide regular status updates.

Participate in key team and Shared Development Services meetings, supporting alignment and decision‑making.

Support day‑time motion capture shoots and production operations.

Identify risks, workflow friction points, and inefficiencies, proposing practical improvements to production processes.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by challenging assumptions and supporting better production practices across SDS.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in production or project management.

Hands‑on experience managing projects, tracking progress, and supporting teams in a creative or software development environment.

Experience working within structured production pipelines.

Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Experience with production methodologies, tools, and documentation practices.

Ability to identify risks, set priorities, and support efficient delivery.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Clear written and verbal communication in Polish and English.

Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Familiarity with workflow optimization and basic negotiation or conflict resolution.

Additional Information Working mode

In‑office in a hybrid or full‑time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.
