Job Overview
TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. This regional position involves delivering after‑market automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers serve as backup when other drivers are absent.
This Monday‑through‑Friday position offers consistent weekly home time. Solo routes average 2,000 miles per week; team runs up to 4,000 miles.
Compensation
Annual salary: $78,000 – $87,000
Guaranteed weekly minimum: $1,550
New‑hire transition bonus: $500 (paid on second paycheck)
Referral bonus: $3,000 per qualified driver
Paid orientation: $250 per day for 2 days

Responsibilities
Deliver after‑market automotive parts to dealerships
Cover for drivers on vacation or illness
Operate routes of up to 4,000 miles per week (solo up to 2,000 miles)
Adhere to consistent weekly home schedule
Qualifications
Minimum age 21 years
12 months recent tractor‑trailer experience and 3 months verifiable team experience within last 3 years
Comfortable teaming
Proficiency in tight backing maneuvers at dealerships
Valid CDL‑A with DOT qualifications
Pass a comprehensive drug test
Clean safety & employment history
