ENTRY LEVEL PERSONAL TRAINERS (Part Time)
Entry Level Personal Trainer's responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing safe, effective and inspiring programs as prescribed via the clubs Pro Fitness Program. Building one's personal training clientele from club referrals and personal drive. Providing personal training demonstrations and assistance sessions per protocol. Completing all administrative duties in a timely manner. Must possess the following attributes:
Outgoing, friendly, vivacious and enthusiastic demeanor Mature and professional manner and appearance Excellent organizational skills and ability to learn new systems Excellent communication skills and team player attitude Passion for fitness and working with members of all ages Qualifications:
Current national personal training certification or fitness-related degree Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to certify (free online course provided) Ability to work various shifts including weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather Solid references Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate plus commissions, details provided upon qualification: $26-$32/hr for one-on-one sessions $30-$36/hr for partner sessions $13-$19 for 30-minute sessions Commission Structure:
5% on new PT cash sales 2.5% on personal training demonstration sales Advancement Potential:
