where you will
build a Continuous Improvement program from the ground up , streamline production, and optimize processes across a high-output environment. The right candidate thrives in
fast-paced, challenging settings , enjoys

Key Responsibilities
Build Continuous Improvement Programs:
Design, implement, and maintain a CI program tailored to a high-production facility.
Optimize Layouts & Workflow:
Evaluate and refine production floor layouts to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and support growth.
Drive Process Improvements:
Lead projects to remove bottlenecks, improve cycle times, and increase throughput using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma principles.
Project Leadership:
Manage cross-functional initiatives, integrating new equipment and processes to minimize downtime.
Standardize Operations:
Develop SOPs, process maps, and best practices to ensure consistent, sustainable results.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with Production, Design, and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and seamless implementation of improvements.
Champion Change:
Act as a change-maker and advocate for continuous improvement throughout the plant.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
5+ years of industrial or process engineering experience in high-production manufacturing
Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement frameworks
Proven success in project management and driving CI initiatives from concept to implementation
Hands-on mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced production environments
Proficiency in CAD/CAM or engineering design software
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Collaborative mindset with ability to influence teams and lead change
Work Environment
On-site at a clean, well-organized, high-production facility
Hands-on, fast-paced, and occasionally chaotic environment that rewards innovation and ownership
Occasional travel for vendor visits, audits, and equipment evaluations
