Base pay range

OTR CDL-A DRIVERS WANTED – SOLO & TEAM, HIGH PAY & STEADY MILES - Up to 0.85cpm!

Location: South Holland, IL

Team Positions DRY VAN (Roundtrip Lane)

Route: Chicago, IL → Phoenix, AZ → Rialto, CA → Chicago, IL (Occasional stops: KS, St. Paul)

Schedule: Wed 9 PM → Sun (early AM or afternoon)

Pay: Up to $0.80 CPM split

Reefer – Drop & Hook

FedEx Custom Critical Loads

4500–6500 miles weekly

Pay: Up to $0.85 CPM split

Solo Position (Dry Van)

Roundtrip Lane: IL → MN → IL

Rate: $0.60 CPM, increasing to $0.65 CPM over time

Vehicle: 2+ years local, International | Volvo | Freightliner (2020–2023)

Minimum CDL-A experience: 2+ years

OTR – at least 2 weeks out
