$96,000 - $324,000+ Benefits: Flexible work schedule Remote work environment In-person work location Support from a Processor Team to handle underwriting to closing Personal website landing page Marketing software for social media automation, flyers, and email templates Systems to close loans in 15 days or less Compensation: Commission-only Paid monthly on a 1099 basis Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday Skills & Experience

Skills: High school diploma or equivalent NMLS # required Valid driver's license and current automobile liability insurance Experience: 0-12 months mortgage origination experience for Loan Officers Ability to interact with regional & corporate departments, realtors, sales agents, builders, appraisers, title companies, loan processing teams, and partner account executives Strong judgment, decision-making, presentation, and communication skills Ability to process large data volumes using relevant software Familiarity with AU software technology Active community involvement and professional networking Self-starter with proactive communication skills Entrepreneurial spirit in lead development Continuous industry knowledge expansion Responsibilities

Cold calling to generate new clients for purchase or refinance Handling 5+ leads daily for purchase and refinance Meeting minimum production standards by completing accurate loan applications Building and maintaining relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and sales reps Managing customer interactions from application to closing Analyzing customer financial information Recommending suitable loan products Advising customers on loan options Servicing existing clients and gathering necessary documentation Monitoring loan status and ensuring compliance Communicating loan updates to all parties Negotiating loan terms Staying updated on market trends, regulations, and industry changes Maintaining professional standards and company policies Other duties as assigned This is a
