Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Sales and Project Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across a diverse range of automotive and HGV safety products. This hands-on role is

ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, identify new opportunities, and manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business through field sales and client visits, including canvassing industrial estates

Promote and upsell vehicle safety, security, and electrical products to commercial and private clients

Manage project timelines and coordinate with technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction

Identify market trends and propose innovative product or service offerings

Support team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment

Deliver consistently professional customer service, both in-person and online

Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to support sales growth

Requirements

Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive, HGV, or related sectors

Full UK driving licence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Computer literate and comfortable using sales management tools

Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
