Role Description This is a full-time on-site Immigration Attorney (Bilingual Spanish) role located in Houston, TX. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for handling immigration issues, visas, immigration law, and legal issues on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities Represent clients in immigration matters including [asylum, cancellation of removal, SIJS, VAWA, U-Visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, etc.] Prepare legal filings and appear before USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies as needed Conduct client consultations and build individualized case strategies Stay up to date with immigration law changes and policies Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants Qualifications and Skills: J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. state 1–3+ years of experience in immigration law required Bilingual in English and SpanishRequired Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Empathetic communicator with a client-centered mindset Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.
