Position Details: Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing accounts Expand the customer base through cold calls and email outreach Participate in hands-on training with knowledgeable team members (no experience necessary) Collaborate with the inside sales team to meet branch and organizational sales goals Be accountable for outbound sales activities, product training, and results Track lead generation, engagement, and performance using our CRM tools Job Requirements: Proficient in verbal and written communication Well-versed in Microsoft Office and computer skills Strong organizational, time management, and activity management skills Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience Motivated with a strong desire to succeed Company Offerings: Competitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription plans 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Opportunities for career advancement across nationwide locations The chance to grow within a stable and expanding organization Position salary starts at $40,000 and varies based on experience and other relevant factors.
