Our South Haven, MI office is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time Inside Sales & Service Representative to join our team in person. You’ll be the heartbeat of the office—supporting our customers, elevating their experience, and helping drive agency growth.
What You’ll Do
Inbound customer calls
Policy changes & general service requests
Billing questions & rate discussions
Claims guidance
Customer insurance reviews
Cross‑selling & meeting sales goals
