Position Details

Location: Baltimore, MD

Schedule: Rotating Schedule – Monday‑Friday, Tuesday‑Saturday. Weekly schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon‑Fri 9:00‑19:00; Weeks 3–4 Tue‑Fri 9:00‑19:00 and Sat 9:00‑14:00.

Purpose of Position An In‑Home Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for all customers by delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.

Key Role Accountabilities

Follow the rotating schedule and attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.

Guide customers through a personalized one‑call close sales process.

Schedule 2‑hour sales appointments; no cold‑calling or lead generation – all leads are warm and pre‑set.

Maintain accurate appointment logs and use company systems with two‑factor authentication.

Minimum Requirements

Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.

Competitive nature with a drive to succeed.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous sales experience – recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing roles also successful.

Valid smartphone or smart device for two‑factor authentication logins.
