Requirements

5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through distribution channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills to motivate and develop relationships with partners.
Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
Independent, self‑motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of English language is required.
