Job Summary
In the Direct Sales Representative role, you will be part of one of the most dynamic sales departments in the company. As a valued member of the Optimum door-to-door team, you will work in the ever-changing consumer landscape. Responsibilities

Product Knowledge:
Stay ahead of the curve by staying up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological wizardry.
Sales Pitch:
Become a master of persuasion selling in the field. Showcase the unparalleled advantages of our products and services, effortlessly addressing customer concerns and objections.
Closing Deals:
Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customers are thrilled and locked in for life.
Documentation:
Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.
Relationship Building:
Provide exceptional post‑sales support and assistance, turning customers into lifelong advocates.
Team Collaboration:

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivator with a knack for working independently.
Proficient computer and technical skills to support best customer solutions.
Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
Physical abilities: sitting, standing, and walking.
Ability to work full time.
