Impact You Will Have As a Commercial Account Executive (CAE) you will challenge customers to disrupt and innovate, and sustain strong relationships while growing accounts. You will act as a direct quota carrier, managing an average of 15–20 accounts in an assigned territory, driving business growth and positioning Softchoice as the trusted go‑to strategic partner.

What You’ll Do

Develop strategic account plans, including industry research, competitive insight, and client forecasts.

Build strong executive and C‑level relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Leverage Salesforce and Softchoice’s sales methodology to manage opportunities and pipelines with accurate forecasting.

Identify client business problems and influence resources to address opportunities through the sale of software, hardware, and services.

Align with local vendor and distribution channel partners.

Maintain up‑to‑date product and industry knowledge and attend required training.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and specialists to achieve customer business objectives.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

2+ years of business‑to‑business sales experience.

Experience in the technology industry.

Ability to read financial reports, forecast, and navigate annual reports.

Solid business acumen and sales funnel management.

Understanding of solution selling and value creation.

Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex solutions.

Problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365.

Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Self‑motivated, able to work independently and in a team.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Locations & Work Mode United States – St. Louis, MO. Hybrid; 3–5 onsite client visits per week.
