Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers throughout the shift.
Clean, fill, and rotate the cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
Maintain cleanliness of the department during operating hours.
Assist with product replenishment as instructed by the Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Bulk Deli Manager.
Perform lifting duties up to 60 lb and other physical tasks required for the role.
Qualifications
Read and write Spanish/English and interact with the general public and co‑workers.
Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
Write simple correspondence.
Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations.
Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Regularly lift up to 25 lb, frequently lift up to 45 lb, and occasionally lift up to 60 lb.
Preferred Qualifications
Basic PC/Outlook skills.
Retail Management Certificate.
Required Certification Food Handler Card or its equivalent
