Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Business Development Key Account Manager specializing in HVAC & Lighting. Based on‑site in Toms River, but serving greater New Jersey, this role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and developing key accounts, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include building strong client relationships, presenting tailored energy solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting sales goals. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to drive growth and contribute to our mission of delivering energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation

Strong expertise in Account Management and Key Account Management

Excellent communication skills and an ability to build and maintain client relationships

Ability to identify client needs and present customized solutions

Proficiency in sales strategies and tools with a results‑focused mindset

Understanding of HVAC, lighting systems, and energy efficiency solutions is highly advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Utilize grants and 0% On Bill repayment to offset any capital cost
