Requirements

Must be a

licensed real estate sales agent

in Massachusetts or desiring to be enrolled in licensing courses

Must be comfortable with a commission-based position

(independent contractor role)

Must be willing to follow a training plan and commit to consistent lead generation Professional, proactive, and able to work independently while being part of a team culture

Compensation

Commission-based (independent contractor)
